FAQ: Download Issues
How can I download the software?
1. Click on the download link of
the product you are interested in to begin the download. For example,
if you want to download WinLock, click on download
from the right of WinLock title. Your web browser may display a
generic warning about downloading the files from the Internet,
you may safely ignore that message (we do check for computer viruses
in our files with the latest anti-virus software, before making
them available for download).
2. If prompted to open or save the file,
choose save, and select a folder on your hard
disk (such as "My Downloaded Files", or any other folder
where you usually keep the files you are downloading from the Internet).
If you don't have such a folder, it's good time to create it! Take
a note of the folder in which you have chosen to save the file,
you will need it to run the installation file (see below).
How to install the software?
1. After the download is complete, choose Start
- Run from the Windows taskbar, and click on Browse to
locate the file you have just downloaded (such as winlock.exe),
and run the file to begin the installation.
2. If you downloaded zip archive
from our site, unzip it using WinZip utility (you
can download it from http://www.winzip.com)
to any separate folder and run setup.exe file.
3. During the installation you will
be prompted to choose the folder in which to install the software.
4. That's it, the program is ready
for use or evaluation! To run the program simply choose one of
the shortcuts created by the installation program for you (such
as Start - Programs - WinLock).
I need to re-install the software. How do I get a new copy?
You can download the software from our download
page.
Can I download the older versions of your software?
We provide for free download the latest versions of our programs only. The older
versions are available for the licensed customers only. Please e-mail
us if you
want
to get the older version of our software that you have purchased.
