What delivery options do I have?
We offer freedelivery of the license key(s) by e-mail. That is, after your order has been processed, we are sending you your license key by e-mail, you are downloading an evaluation version of the software from our Web site, and entering your license key into it, that's all.
If you prefer, you can also choose the delivery of the evaluation versions by mail, on a CD-ROM (additional fee applies.) We would like to stress that even if you order the CD-ROM, you still need to enter your registration code into the evaluation version installed from the CD-ROM, in order to be able to use the software in the "fully licensed" mode.
I have ordered a CD, and have not received it. When can I expect it to arrive?
Your CD will be mailed to you within one business day following receipt of payment.
Shipment by mail can take 5 to 10 business days within the EU and the USA and 10 to 25 business days to other countries/regions.
