Layout views

Work in page layout view to see how text, graphics, and other elements will be positioned on the printed page. This view is useful for viewing headers and footers, and for adjusting margins.

Work in normal layout for typing, editing, and formatting text. Normal view shows text formatting but simplifies the layout of the page so that you can type and edit quickly.

In word wrap mode editor wraps text at the right margin.

Thumbnail layout displays multiple pages of a document in a reduced size. In this view, you can check the layout of the document, and you can make editing or formatting before you print.

Full Screen mode

To display as much of your document as possible on the screen, you can switch to full screen mode. This will remove distracting screen elements, such as menus and toolbars.

Zoom in on or out of a document

You can "zoom in" to get a close-up view of your document or "zoom out" to see more of the page at a reduced size.
