Crystal Office Systems

I lost my hotkey to activate or show winlock how,,,,,,,what should I do ?
I will really appreciate if someone helps me ...

To open WinLock, right-click the tray icon and select Open WinLock. If the tray icon is disabled, use Program Files\WinLock\winlock.exe -showicon command to restore it.

First of all winloc doesnt exist in tray, in order to open it...

and second phase it doesnt exist in program files as well, however, I have it in My Documents but there too while clicking there on its LOCK shap icon it does not appear on screen and niether in tray....

It cant be unstalled too, coze it gives messege that 1st I have to shut it down than it can be unstalled....

I dont know what to do....plz help me!

I really appreciate your assistance, my problem did solve with your last suggestion, for your kind information about my problem I have to say that, actaully, I had change the shortkey to NONE inside Winlock during the last modification.
