Indent a paragraph

To indent a paragraph

• Click anywhere in the paragraph you want to format.

• On the Format menu, click Paragraph.

• Under Indentation, type a measurement of how far to indent the paragraph.

Spacing

• Before - sets the amount of space above each selected paragraph.

• After - sets the amount of space after each selected paragraph.

• Line spacing - sets the amount of vertical space between lines of text.
