Maple screen usually shows the tree on the left, and documents on the right. You can change the size of these areas by dragging the vertical bar between them. Move the cursor over the bar until it becomes a double-pointed arrow, then drag it to the new location.
Panes
To show the tree pane, in View menu click Panes\Tree.
To show the bookmark pane, in View menu click Panes\Bookmarks.
To show the search pane, in View menu click Panes\Search.
Layout views
Work in page layout view to see how text,
graphics, and other elements will be positioned on the printed
page. This view is useful for viewing headers and footers, and for
adjusting margins.

Work in normal layout for typing, editing, and
formatting text. Normal view shows text formatting but simplifies
the layout of the page so that you can type and edit quickly.

Full Screen mode
To display as much of your document as possible on the screen, you
can switch to full screen mode. In this mode, Maple removes
distracting screen elements, such as menus and toolbars.
Zoom in on or out of a document
You can "zoom in" to get a close-up view of your document or "zoom
out" to see more of the page at a reduced size.
Click the arrow next to the Zoom box on the toolbar.
Click the zoom setting you want.
