The tree pane is used to organize your information. The tree is
composed of nodes each of which can
have a corresponding document. The number of the nodes in a tree is
not limited.
Add a node
Select a node with your mouse or the arrow keys then right click
the node, choose Add Node from the context menu or click
Add Node button.
Tip: you can also add
node by pressing Insert key.
To add sibling node - right click the node, choose Add
Sibling Node from the context menu or select Add Sibling
in Node menu.
Tip: you can also add
node by pressing Ctrl+Insert key.
Delete a node
Select a node with your mouse or the arrow keys then click
Delete Node button or Delete in Node menu.
Note: you can't
delete the root node.
To delete all child nodes of selected node click Delete Children button or Delete Children in Node menu.
Rename a node
Click Rename Node button or Rename in Node menu,
or click the node, wait, and click it again,
or click the node and press F2 key.
Reorder nodes
Select a node with your mouse or the arrow keys, hold down
Ctrl key and press Up Arrow key to move node upward
or Down Arrow key to move node downward.
Sorting
To sort the selected branch, on the Tree menu click Sort/Branch.
To sort the entire tree, on the Tree menu click Sort/Tree.
Expand or collapse a subtree
Click on + sign at the left of the node to show the children
or - to hide them.
To expand or collapse all levels of Maple tree click
Collapse or Expand in Tree menu.
