Resize or rotate a picture

If you want a picture to remain in place so that text on the page flows around it, use a floating picture. Floating pictures are anchored to a position on a page. Typing more text on the page, does not affect the position of a floating picture,
but you can drag the picture to reposition it. If you want the picture embedded in text flow so it is pushed along as the text grows, use an inline picture. Inline picture will be scaled if it doesn't fit the page.
