Password protection - allows you to restrict the access to the DayMate options. If password protection is enabled, DayMate can be opened only by those who possess the correct password.
To enable password protection, enter the password in Password and re-enter it in Confirm password.
To disable password protection - enter blank password.
Default sound file - allows you to select theIf you want to play sound when the appointment occurs - click Sound file, select sound file and select Play sound check box.
Hot key - select the hot key that opens DayMate.
Tip: To setup a hot key,
click in the hot key box and press the desired keys, the box will update
with the names of the keys you wish to use.
Visual theme - this option lets you to control appearance and behavior of calendar, toolbars and menus. The Default theme replicates the appearance and behavior of toolbars and menus in Microsoft Office 2000 or Windows XP. The Office 2003 theme enables toolbars and menus appearance introduced in Microsoft Office 2003.
Office 2007 theme support requires the Microsoft GDI+ library to be installed. It included with Windows XP and Windows Vista. GDI+ is available as a redistributable file for Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 98, and Windows Me. Click here to download the latest redistributable.
Menu animations - select the style of menu activation.
Run on system startup - select this check box if you want DayMate starts automatically on Windows startup.
Delete appointment confirmation - select this check box if you want to be prompted when the selected appointment is about to be deleted from the schedule.
Automatically check for updates - automatically checks for program updates.
Enable sound notifications - clear this check box to disable all sound notifications.
Repeat sound - select this check box if you want to repeat sound
until notification window is closed.
