Crystal Office Systems

We have several public computers with winlock on them. On each of them if you double left click on an empty spot on the desktop it brings up the start menu. The start button is set to hide. Is this a winlock issue? If so, is there a fix?

This happens rarely on some comuters. Unfortunately at this time we don't know the reason.
