After upgrading from 5.3 to 7.0, I got "Unable to open tree" when the networking sharing file opened by another "Maple professional".
I had tried to use "Maple reader" and "Maple professional", they both give me the same message.

How can I let the multi-user mode work?

The file cannot be opened for multi-user access when you double-click on it in Windows Explorer, but you can use File\Open command instead. This will be fixed in the next update.
