is there any way to safely remove any removable disk (ex. flashdisk) attach to the computer without disabling (enable/disable) the winlock.. there seems to some restriction whenever im going to eject the disk from the usb. (restricted even if all drives are shown).

WinLock prevents the removable disk from being ejected only when there are blocked files or folders on this disk. In this case you should unblock them first. In any other cases the removable disk may be safely ejected.
