Logging function

Hello,
we have been using WinLock to secure our laboratory system and during validation we were testing the logging function when creating a new file.
The software we are using automatically creates a new file when measuring starts and during validation it correctly logged the path and file name of the created file.
Few weeks later I checked the logs and I noticed that other users, when starting the measuring, WinLock didn't log the file creation.

I then checked the settings of the profile which should apply to all users logged on the PC but there was an error. I then proceeded by fixing it via your help advice, where I put the user as Admin, ran the WinLock as Administrator, then again changed removed the user from Administrator group. Unfortunatelly that didn't help and the file creation is still not logged.

Is that something you can help us with?
