Windows 10 startup programs are not launching

If you are using Windows 10 and recently upgraded from build 1709 to 1803, you may get a system with autostart feature broken: no programs are launching on system startup. This issue also affects our software: WinLock, Clip Plus and DayMate.
To fix the issue, make a clean installation of build 1803. This will restore the autostart feature.
