I am putting this on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server and I want to make sure it applied to any user that connects to it. The question is this...how do you set this up.

I know you have to check the seperate user box. Does that mean you need to log in seperatly as each user to set the setting or can I do it myself without have to reset their password and do it myself?

Yes, you should log in under each user account and select security restrictions separately to each user.
