Windows 10 - Startbutton

Hello, I use the last version of WinLockPro under Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit. Unfortunately, it takes about 10 seconds for the login of a user for whom the program is activated with the aim of removing the start button, until the start button really disappears. During these 10 seconds the system is unprotected. Under Windows 7, the same settings are not the case. What do I have to do to close this vulnerability?

Please use Hide Start menu and Hide All Programs options as well.
