Problem with Win98

I installed the winlock in win98 and pressed the block all key. The program runs good but don't block the Alt+F4 key.
What I should have to do to block the Alt+F4 key ?

Use System\System Commands\Disable Close Command option. (available in WinLock 4.15)

Yes, in Windows 9x the cursor is locked in the system tray area.
