Crystal Office Systems

Cannot create a letter template in crystal office. All I get is unable to save template.
This is the one thing thats stopping me buy Crystal Office at the moment after using the trial version. Can someone help.
I think the product is good but if I cannot get the templates to work then I will have to look at a different office suite.

To convert an opened document into a template, in Tools click Templates. Then click New. This will add the active document into a templates folder. Or, simply copy this document to Crystal Office\NotePro\Templates folder.

Is there anywhere on the site that we can download additional templates?
