Crystal Office Systems

The product seems to be pretty good, but the support is the pits. When it takes 72 hours or more to get a simple registration code, that's poor service. Can't get my question answered as to whether this program can be made default instead of notepad in Win XP and that has been a week.

HI! I just sent you an e-mail about my problem with Notepro. And I didn't really discover this forum until now.
Anyway, my problem is that after I had written about six pages for a school assigment, I was just about to edit the footer to write my name and class in it, and everything just went away. It's all gone, and the due to deliver this assigment is tomorrow, so I'm hoping for an answer as soon as possible so that I can get my assigment back.

I saved everything when I was done, befor I tried to edit the footer. And I've also tried to close notepro and open mye task again, but the only thing coming up then is the footer editing.

Please, please, please help me as soon as possible!
