I have created a functioning "translation framework", to help me translate texts I have written in English into German.
It works satisfactorily without any programming, using only the functions of an editor with a spreadsheet.
I want to be able to incorpprate a simple csv based dictionary using tables from the spreadsheet and be able to access these from the editor for simple translations.
Ideally I would like to have the dictionary as a small window sit on top of the editor.
Is there function in the office set which will can help me to do this?
Can anyone who is knowledgeable give me some directional guidance. I am not a programmer?
