Hi there,

I have installed Winlock evolution version and I have protect a folder in my local disk D (like D:\besi) then after some days I want to format my PC.
1. First I unlock The winlock then restart the computer boot from CD and I have format only disk C
2. When I complete that operation windows installation I try to open D:\besi then there is an error message

* Access Denied
* OK
*********************************

Please help me, I have there all my photos!

This means that WinLock was not unloaded and still protects the folder. Please make sure that WinLock is not running and then format your drive.
