Restrict Access to Applications by Day of Week / Time of Day

Hi. My kids would surf the Internet 24 X 7 X 364 if I let them. Can I configure Winlock on an XP Home Edition machine by user to restrict access to specific applicaitons by day of week and time of day?

For example:

Sun - Thurs: Microsoft Word - all users can access with no restriction.
IE - some users (my kids) can access from 6PM to 8PM
Games - some users (my kids) can access from 6PM to 8PM.

Fri - Sat : All applications (including IE) all users can access with no restriction.

Unfortunately no. WinLock doesn't use sytem date and time because this may impair protection schemes.
