Password promptup show up randomly after changing hotkeys

I changed the default hotkeys from F11 to Ctrl + W for security reason.
But now my client is getting password prompt up that is greyed out every now and then..

What's the cause of this?
Any recomendations for hotkeys that are safe, maybe?

Ctrl + W hotkey is widely used by other applications so I suggest you to use another one.
