Task bar, Desktop and Start menu Problem!

hi

i have installed WinLock Pro 5.27 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

i tray to control another standard account (Limited) on my PC and it works perfectly, then i turn protection off.
but there is a problem on my account (Administrative) and the limited account.

when i try to open any of the task bar icons it gives me this message.

and the programs (not the folder and my computer, etc) on desktop when i double-click on it nothing happen also in start menu unless i right-click and press open !!.

i tried to uninstall the program and install it again, reset settings, delete the limited account, restore my windows, Scan for virus, fix problems with Tuneup 2012 and run it as administrator.

whats the matter with this program.

please help, i can't live with that.

Please help i can't even entering the safe mode and boot from any cd ..

even it's blocked the access to DVD-ROM and much more of the system.

also i can't format from Windows DVD. !!

Please help .... :cry: :|

Please uninstall WinLock, then reinstall the latest version 5.37, uncheck all restrictions, shutdown WinLock and reboot.

i did this but the system still blocked !!

After installation, right-click WinLock icon in start menu and select Run As Administrator. Then follow the steps above.
