cannot Convert 5.2 mpl to ver7

I have been using version 5.2 and now I would like to move up to vers 7. However I have 4mpl files all created from vers.5.3 the largest one is 248mb however it will not open in Maple vers 7. The others convert and open just fine this one though it asks and then just says maple experienced an error trying to open the file. I tried mconvert but there is no documentation on that tool and when try to run it errors with could not open midas.dll?? What can I do to get the last mpl working so I can make a full leap to ver 7? Thanks.

Could you zip this file and send to support@crystaloffice.com so we can find the reason of the problem?

I would rather not this has lots of sensitive information. Any other ideas?

Without having the file we cannot find out the reason of this problem. You can be sure that you information will be in safe and we delete the file right after recovery.
