Advanced Support - not email

We have a large use, high priority user community for a major organization. As such, we need to have advanced support (i.e. not email) Do you offer 24 X 7 phone or dial in support? Can arrangements be made for this support type? Thanks

We have no possibilities to provide 24x7 phone support.
