WinLock Pro licensed on the per-computer basis. If you have single computer which allow multiple users to use the program simultaneously, you must count each terminal separately when determining how many computers are using the program.

Yes, this is possible. Use Hide Start Button option to block start menu and Mouse and Keyboard\Hot Keys section to block Windows hot keys.
