Crystal Office Systems

I had set up 2 profiles for Winlock.
One had the control panel blocked and Run...one did not.
When I went to change back (import) to the unblocked profile it is still not showing the panel or Run I turned off Winlock and restarted but no luck.

Anyone have an idea for me?
