Crystal Office Systems

I am running Clip Plus Version 4.1 on Windows XP with 1 Gb of RAM and a large hard disk. I keep getting a popup window with Clip Plus that says Out of system resources. and the only option is to click OK. Has anywone else had this problem and if so, was you able to resolve it and how?
